Abortion plans

I was just making up a recovery plan, in case the prenatal CVS test turns out positive and we have to terminate the pregnancy. I looked up the procedure, too. It also looks kind of discomforting, but not too bad I suppose. I would be aborting somewhere around 12 weeks probably, since the CVS is done just after 10 weeks, and it will probably take a week or two to get the results. They give you some pain medication, dialate you some, and stick a little vacuum tube/needle in there and suck it out. Well, I suppose I can imagine worse things. This of course is the least fun part of my pregnancy to plan, but I want to be prepared. I don't want to have to worry about this later, at the last minute.

I don't know if my doctor or hospital will do it, or if I'll have to go to an abortion clinic. I'll ask on my doctor's appointment today (just to check for infections, unfortunately not pregnancy related :( ). I researched abortion clinics in my area just in case my doctor or hospital doesn't perform them. I wanted information anyways, so I thought I might as well research the institutes at the same time. There seem to be 3 main ones around Seattle:
When I checked them out, Seattle Medical seems to be the best one. They seem nice, open, and caring, they have appointments available usually the same day or next day, and in general just look like the best choice. After I get pregnant, I'll go see them and fill out paperwork and get a list of things I'll need from my doctor in case the test turns out positive.

Well, I hope I don't have to do it though. Please be a healthy baby!!
